HERE'S TO UNVEILING THE FUTURE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT!

Hi, My name is Common, founder of Northbrook Community Homes LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Nice to meet you! My vision on providing a community for our veterans and elder population. For many years I witnessed our veterans sacrifice their life's for the betterment of our Nation. AS well I witnessed the struggles of My grandmother and mother, their sacrifices in trying to gain affordable housing for our family. Two amazing women, the pillars of my Greatness. It became apparent that my purpose was to make a difference, in the life's of these great human beings, that have made the ultimate sacrifices for the betterment of our  Family. My vision became clear, on unveiling a pathway to access information and resources to our senior citizens and veterans. This pathway provides affordable housing in the Jacksonville area. Affordable Homes that will meet the needs of our senior citizens and veterans which is well deserve. I am committed to this project, not just because of my promised to my grandmother, but because of my love for humanity specially the elderly and veterans that pave the way for the future generation. I will fulfill my promise to my grandmother, by bridging her struggle as a woman providing for her family , also with our veterans struggles after serving their ultimate commitment to their country. This will be done by building a better community that will be affordable, comfortable and dedicated to their struggles and sacrifices. Northbrook Community  will be the home of our heroes. I have always had an interest in real estate without no prior background in the field, however I desired to start my own company and build homes designed to cater to their lifestyle and have been funding these projects one step at a time. I'm passionate about this, but more importantly, about the care of people especially those who have served our communities in unimaginable ways.
